I’m a mom of 2 young children and on top of all that, I'm a Nutritional Therapist, Postpartum Doula, Hypnobirthing Teacher and volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellor!

Whether it's preparing for or dealing with life with a new little one, questions about feeding or you are just needing someone to talk to,

I'm here to support, hold and nurture you where you need it most.

I want mothers to know that postpartum is hard and that is normal. I want them to know the reality and not the fantasy. I want to be part of the village that they should have. I want them to see how wonderful they are and to know that they are enough, even when they don’t feel like they are.

In person Postpartum Doula Support

Support when you need it most. Let me mind you so you can focus on minding your baby. The addition of a new baby is a huge transition for the whole family. I am here to help make that a little bit easier. During a postpartum visit I can:

  • Provide a listening ear if you just want to chat or talk about your birth.

  • Offer feeding support if needed.

  • Batch cook nourishing meals for you and your family.

  • Do some light housework so you can focus on resting.

  • Care for baby while you catch up on some sleep.

  • Offer evidence based information regarding newborn and postpartum care.

  • Help with older siblings.
