This workshop is perfect for couples and soon-to-be Mamas and Dads to prepare them for the reality of life with a newborn. Giving them simple, but powerful tips that will help make adjusting to life with a baby as seamless and easy as it can be.

Let me give you the tools so that you can feel supported, heard and as prepared as possible for when baba arrives.

This workshop is the perfect way to get a crash course on how to prepare for baba.

Often parents are prepared for things that Baby will need when they arrive but they overlook what they will need during those first few weeks of new parenthood.

Things like communicating boundaries, prepping shopping lists, having simple, nutritious recipes on hand, and asking for gifts that are more helpful than baby clothes are all things that are overlooked during the preparation phase but can make all the difference to how you experience being a new parent!

The list is endless and in this 90-minute workshop, I'll give you simple ways that you can set yourself up for success during those difficult first weeks of adjusting to life with your new baba.

We’ll cover topics like what to really expect, what no one told me about the reality of life with my first baba, and how to stay connected as a couple as you both adjust to life as new parents.
